Opening in 2007 the Time 24 Czech Republic manufacturing site (Moravia Region) has been a remarkable success. In 2006 the Delphi Automotive Corporation , making wiring Harnesses for BMW, General Motors and Skoda, closed its Vizovice site employing 2000 people. Time 24 engaged the cream of ex Delphi Employees to form a highly lean, efficient and very skilled team providing wiring Harnesses and electromechanical Assemblies to the Rail, Factory Automation, Aerospace & Defence, Petrochemical, Medical, Telecoms, Sustainable Energy and Power/Nuclear Industries. The Company has an impeccable quality record with ISO 9001 , IRIS and IPC WHMA/A/620 standards in place. The manufacturing facility is located in a particularly low cost region of the Czech Republic enabling us to be extremely competitive. The region is supported by the availability of an excellent skills base and is very accessible with three Airports being close by ; Brno (40mins), Ostrava(50mins) and Bratislava (1hr 50 mins). Facility
Time 24 operate from a 3000 sq metre production facility in Vizovice close to the major industrial city of Zlin and close to three Airports Brno, Ostrava and Bratislava. The skill base is of the highest quality and efficiency having recruited the cream of the 2000 Delphi Automotive staff released in the closure of the Delphi plant in 2006. In 2017 the building of an additional 3000 sq metres was completed to allow for the growth in this very successful manufacturing division. The site is fully ISO 9001 and IRIS approved.
Region
Vizovice is located in the Zlinsky Region 12 kilometres from the major industrial city of Zlin and forty kilometres from the Slovakian boarder. The region has a tremendous manufacturing history and there is a large pool of highly skilled, highly trained labour. Unemployment runs at 11% and wage rates are extremely competitive allowing us to provide work of the highest quality at very cost effective prices for our Customers. There are airports close to Vizovice Brno (1 hour), Ostrava (1hour) and Bratislava (1 hour 50 minutes) and the Moravia region is also an established tourist destination of true natural beauty.
