With a range of over 2000 crimp tools, advanced automatic test equipment and a world class customer base we have a superb quality record for both the build and design support for electromechanical boxes.
Time 24 have certified trainers developing our staff to work at the highest levels of IPC WHMA/A/620 workmanship standards. Our investment in advanced Automatic Test Equipment enables us to test to any standards that our customers may specify and our products are used in the most demanding of Time 24 electromechanical boxes are currently in place in radiotherapy machines , trains, fighting vehicles , rail signalling equipment ,aircraft simulators, oil platform controls , nuclear power station controls, water utility controls and many other applications.
Where a significant labour element is in included in the electromechanical assembly Time 24 have a low cost manufacturing facility in the Czech Republic where we employ almost 100 staff building product of the highest quality .Approved to both ISO 9001 and IRIS quality standards we also have a metalwork supply chain across the whole of Eastern Europe allowing us to be very competitive where the metalwork aspect of the box build is a serious cost driver. All Czech staff are trained to advanced IPA WHMA/A/620 standards and the site has the approval of many major corporates including Bombardier, Alstom , Oxford Instruments , L3 Simulation ,Varian Medical and others.
Time 24 provide a full design assistance service for all electromechanical boxes if required. Using Solid Works AutoCad or CATIA we have a team of very experienced design engineers who can help with your project .We are approved to ISO 9001 and IRIS (Rail)and we are looking to establish ISO 14001and ISO 45000 in to both our Burgess Hill and Czech Republic sites. We employ 225 staff across Europe.
